Purchase Terms:
All new orders will be on pre-pay terms. Net 30 terms can be established by filling out a credit application. We reserve the right to change the Buyer’s terms based on payment history. We may require full or part payments prior to shipping based on Buyer’s payment history or if the order(s) total exceeds Buyer’s credit limit.
Payment:
All payments will be in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay through PayPal. Payments for Net 30 accounts are due by the invoice due date. Past due invoices will be charged 1 ½% finance charge per month till the balance is paid in full. All returned checks will be charged a $15.00 service charge.
NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL.
Shipping:
Orders for in-stock items are shipped out within 24 hours. Items not in stock will be placed on backorder and shipped automatically when they are available. Please notify us if you do not want to keep any items on backorder. All items are shipped FOB Glendale Heights, Illinois via UPS Ground. Freight, insurance and handling charges are added to the invoice. All refused shipments will be charged appropriate freight fees and handling charges. Transit time can vary between 3-5 days after the order has been shipped. Please provide a shipping address, as UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box.
Claims:
For goods damaged in transit, all claims should be filed with shipping carrier as per ICC regulations.
Returns:
Please call the Customer Service dept. to obtain a RMA #. Returns will be refused without a RMA #.
No returns will be accepted after 15(fifteen) days from the shipment date. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
